Is OMNI only for authorized engagements?

Yes. OMNI is designed exclusively for authorized penetration testing, red team engagements, and security research. Misuse for unauthorized access is prohibited under our Terms of Service and applicable law. Every subscription includes acknowledgment of authorized-use-only terms.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Yes. You can upgrade at any time — the new rate applies from the next billing cycle. Downgrades also take effect at the next cycle. For Enterprise, contact sales to adjust seats and terms.

What's the difference between the PS agent and C# agent?

The PowerShell agent prioritizes compatibility and runs in any standard PS session. The C# agent is compiled and loaded reflectively — it has a smaller footprint, avoids script block logging, and is better suited for environments with tight AV/EDR coverage. Both are available on all plans.

Do I need a dedicated server?

OMNI ships as a Docker-based stack. You'll need a VPS (1 vCPU / 2 GB RAM minimum for solo use). We recommend a clean Ubuntu 22.04 instance. Setup takes under 15 minutes following the quick-start guide.

Is there a free trial?

There is no free trial, but the 7-day money-back guarantee covers the same purpose. Sign up, run OMNI against your lab environment, and if it doesn't meet your needs, request a refund within 7 days — no questions asked.

How does billing work for the Team plan?

The Team plan is billed monthly as a flat fee covering up to 5 operator seats. You don't pay per-seat — all 5 slots are available immediately. If you need more than 5 operators, contact us for an Enterprise quote.
