1. Acceptance

By accessing or subscribing to OMNI, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Authorized use only

OMNI is licensed exclusively for authorized security testing. This means:

• You must have explicit written authorization from the owner of any system before testing it with OMNI.
• Use against systems without authorization is illegal and a material breach of these terms.
• By subscribing, you confirm that all use will be within the scope of written authorization.

3. Subscription and billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly. Payment is due at the start of each billing period. Failed payments result in suspension of access within 3 business days. All prices are in USD and exclusive of applicable taxes.

4. Refund policy

A 7-day money-back guarantee applies to all plans. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the subscription start date. After 7 days, no refunds are issued. Refunds are not available for plans terminated due to Terms violations.

5. Prohibited activities

• Unauthorized access to any computer system or network.
• Reselling, sublicensing, or sharing access credentials.
• Reverse engineering the OMNI platform.
• Using OMNI to facilitate ransomware, destructive attacks, or any malicious activity against real targets.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without notice, if we determine you are in breach of these terms. Terminated accounts are not eligible for refund.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

OMNI is provided "as is." We make no warranties regarding fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from bugs. Security tools operate in adversarial environments — test results may vary based on target configuration.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OMNI Security Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the platform.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Hungary. Disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Budapest.
