• Account data: name, business email address, company name at registration.
• Payment data: processed via Stripe or PayPal. We do not store card numbers on our servers.
• Usage data: anonymous telemetry (feature usage, error logs) to improve the platform. No operator command output or engagement data is collected.
• Support communications: emails and messages sent to our support channels.

3. How we use your data

• To provision and manage your OMNI subscription.
• To process billing and send receipts.
• To provide technical support.
• To send product update emails (you may opt out at any time).
• To comply with legal obligations.

4. Data sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with essential sub-processors (Stripe for payments, cloud hosting providers) under data processing agreements. We will disclose data to authorities only if legally required.

5. Data retention

Account data is retained for the duration of your subscription plus 24 months. Billing records are retained for 7 years as required by tax law. You may request deletion of personal data at any time by emailing privacy@omni-c2.io.

6. Security

Access to personal data is restricted to authorised personnel. All data in transit is encrypted via TLS 1.2+. Payment processing is handled entirely by PCI-DSS-compliant providers.

8. Cookies

We use only essential session cookies required for authentication. No third-party tracking or advertising cookies are placed. Analytics, if any, use anonymised aggregate data without cross-site tracking.
